How Do I Join?


Joining is easy.  Just follow the steps below:   

1.   Review the different membership levels.  Dues vary by type of membership.

2.   Open the Application Form.

3.   Print the form and provide the requested information.

4.   Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card.  Make checks or money orders paid to UH Foundation–Wahine Volleyball and mail to:
